Dispatch & Delivery

Due to family circumstances, we currently aim to dispatch orders every Tuesday. Orders received after 5pm on Monday may not be dispatched until the following week. Pre-ordered, bespoke items and other items that are made to order will take longer. If you have a particular need to get an item within a short period of time, please contact us to find out our current lead times.

For most orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. However, for large orders, we may use another courier service. Standard delivery is approximately 3-5 days after dispatch, but exact times may vary. Delivery costs £4.
