Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch most items within 2 business days of order, but as we make everything at home, there may be occasional delays beyond this. Bespoke items or items that are made to order will take longer. If you have a particular need to get an item within a short period of time, please contact us to find out our current lead times.

For most orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. However, for large orders, we may use another courier service. Standard delivery is approximately 3-5 days after dispatch, but exact times may vary. Delivery costs £4, or is free for orders over £40.
