Please specify the date in the option box. If you'd like to change other aspects of the design, please email us at ellen@oakandgum.co.uk. Extra personalisation of the design will cost an extra £1 (or more for particularly complex changes).
 
IMPORTANT: If requested, we will email you a proof with the personalised design. Please review and confirm the design meets your expectation as soon as possible. We will only be able to proceed with the printing process once the proof has been confirmed. If you do not require a proof, please indicate by selecting the appropriate option and we will ship it as soon as we have made it.
